Before we even hired her she had worked hard to make sure we understood what was involved in selling a house and what houses in our area were selling for. Other Realtors just were not as prepared as Brittany was. Once we hired her she made sure the listing for our house was professionally done; including areial photos of our acreage. She did all she could to make sure our house was shown and shown often and because of that our house sold quickly and for top dollar. We were unsure of where we wanted to move to and what kind of house we wanted and we were so happy we had Brittany to help guide us. She took us to the houses we wanted to see (lots of them), answered all our questions (we had many) and we found our house. Brittany is a great negotiator and because of that, we got our new house for the right price for us. She dealt with inspectors, lenders, other Realtors, title companies and she was there when we closed on each house. When we need to sell this house Brittany will be the one we call and hire. Oh, because of how great she was our mother also hired Brittany to sell her house. It also sold quickly and our mother made a great profit.
