CENTURY 21 Hudson Valley Realty

We have purchased and sold a number of properties with Clarke Realty. Hamar's advice and guidance helped us make informed and profitable decisions based on his guidance. All transactions were smooth and well managed. Hamar kept us informed at each step of the way. Without a doubt, we came out better in our transactions with his advice than we aould have without that advice. We highly reccommend Clarke Realty and Associates for all your Real Estate needs.

Hamar, We had the best experience! Selling a Home is so stressful! But you really made everything go so smoothly even though Covid. Your expertise and knowledge was far and beyond our expectations. Hamar could not have been more helpful. He advised me on how to prep the house and set a selling price that I thought might be too high -- but we sold it for just over the asking price. I had never sold a house before and had lots of questions as the process evolved, and Hamar answered them all promptly every time. He also dealt with the prospective buyers' agents promptly and kept me apprised of developments throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone selling a house, especially neophytes who need a lot of questions answered.

Hamar was outstanding. He helped us find a brand new construction and strategized with us on the best way to win it. We did! When our house slightly under-appraised, he helped us negotiate and win a credit to lower the price. He remembered and checked up on small details, like personally stopping by to make sure the punch list was being completed in a timely manner. He was overall, on top of things and so helpful anytime we had a question or concern. Highly recommend working with him!

We have worked with Hamar on three real estate deal and they have all been all been great Hamar helped us sell a condo, vacant property in Poughkeepsie, and purchase a co-op
