Hamar could not have been more helpful. He advised me on how to prep the house and set a selling price that I thought might be too high -- but we sold it for just over the asking price. I had never sold a house before and had lots of questions as the process evolved, and Hamar answered them all promptly every time. He also dealt with the prospective buyers' agents promptly and kept me apprised of developments throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone selling a house, especially neophytes who need a lot of questions answered.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Mr. Clarke to assist you with your home buying process. I went to him to help me find a 4 bedroom home to rent. He showed me a few before leveling with me that it would be more wise to pursue a home of my own. I felt that I wasn't in a position to take that leap at the time. After speaking with him further, he assured me that I could take the chance. We bet big and won. I was able to secure a lender. We searched for houses and they all seemed to be elude me one way or the other. We found what I thought was the perfect opportunity to own a childhood property but it didn't pan out. He always had kind words to keep me from quitting the process. All in all, we found another property that I ended up purchasing. ZillowVERIFIED My boyfriend and I chose Hamar initially bc he responded immediately to my inquiry about a home I was interested in. That home didn't work out and we worked with Hamar from that point on to find our home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and on top of everything. He found a home that I would never have looked at if he hadn't suggested it. This is the housebwe ended up purchasing and are currently living in! He saw something we didn't and we are extremely grateful for that!! It was a short sale and the process was long and tedious, but I could always count on Hamar with a text, callback or email with any of my MANY questions throughout the 5 month process. I ended up giving birth on the day of my closing and after our baby girl was born Hamar took time out of his day to come over and even brought her a gift!
