Wow what can I not say about Alex Kolesar and the 21 Mike Team! We bought from CA and did everything online and through zoom/FaceTime. Alex was open and honest, when we werent feeling a house during walkthrough tour on zoom he would be honest and say what his pros and cons were. We dont know about basements and he let us know if he had a concern or not. Buying with Alex and the 21 Mike Team was the least stressful part of the home buying process! I was very happy to buy my first ever home and Alex and 21 Mike Team made it possible! Thank you all!!!!

As a first-time real estate investor, living 2400 miles away, I'd already done a couple months of research before I reached out to Mike Ferrante and his team. In Mikes videos and podcast work, he comes across as a down-to-earth guy whos very knowledgeable about the rehab/investing process.I spoke with two other real estate agents on the eastside of Cleveland, but my decision to go with Mike was easy because what I saw and heard in his videos and podcasts was exactly what I got in real life. But probably the best thing I found with Mike was how he listened closely to what I needed. When my nephew (whod be doing the rehab) and I flew in from Oregon for our appointment, Mike showed up with Joe HannaaEUR"the absolute perfect hand-off agent for what we needed. From then on, Joe took care of everything, and I only reached out to Mike one more time after the deal closed to say thanks, and until next time.Joes background is in construction and evaluating properties for investors, so hes got tons of knowledge and tons of contacts, and I leaned on both. Quickly, we worked out a process. Id do the online research, using Mikes dedicated website + Zillow + a couple other sites, including myplace.cuyahogacounty.us. When I found a property I liked, Joe would evaluate it using the MLS for rehab- and rent-ability, and if the property passed, then hed go out and view it, taking lots of pictures, and wed discuss whether it warranted an offer. Joe made this process as easy as it sounds, and thats why well be repeating it again after my nephew completes the rehab on our South Euclid (eastside suburbs) property. Now, of course, we didnt get the first house we made an offer on, or the second (thats how it works in 2022), but all along the way Joe was always efficient, quick to make good choices, and quick to run down a problem, and I'm very satisfied the with house we got in the end. Linas gets the job done! We had a project-gone-wrong to sell and he gave us a solid and realistic plan for marketing. He made sure to filter out potential deals that would waste our time and energy. In a week we were under contract and sold in less than a month! He took the impossible and made it possible! Thank you Linas!

Dan was awesome! I had the responsibility for selling my mothers home. He was knowledgeable about the area, gave great advise and did not suggest improvements unless they felt it would add value to the sale of the home. Since I was out of town, he even supported me in getting an item sold that the curbside trash service was not able to take. He also did the little things like, being there to let in people for carpet replacement and piano pick up. Dan was very helpful throughout the process and it easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him.

Linas was an excellent realtor from the first time we reached out all the way until we got the keys to our house. As first-time homebuyers, my fiancA(C) and I needed a lot of guidance and explanations about the home buying process. Linas spent as much time as we needed going over every little detail we needed explained, and helped us understand exactly what we were doing each step of the way. He was very knowledgeable about and took time to explain both red flags and green flags when we were looking at properties and never pressured us to put in offers just so he could make a sale. When we had a difficult situation with a home we put an offer on, Linas fought hard for us, and when it didn't work out, he jumped right back in and we found our house just a couple weeks later. Having a good realtor really made a huge difference in this whole experience for us, and we couldn't recommend Linas more.
