ZillowVERIFIEDLinas gets the job done! We had a project-gone-wrong to sell and he gave us a solid and realistic plan for marketing. He made sure to filter out potential deals that would waste our time and energy. In a week we were under contract and sold in less than a month! He took the impossible and made it possible! Thank you Linas!

ZillowVERIFIED Linas was an excellent realtor from the first time we reached out all the way until we got the keys to our house. As first-time homebuyers, my fiancA(C) and I needed a lot of guidance and explanations about the home buying process. Linas spent as much time as we needed going over every little detail we needed explained, and helped us understand exactly what we were doing each step of the way. He was very knowledgeable about and took time to explain both red flags and green flags when we were looking at properties and never pressured us to put in offers just so he could make a sale. When we had a difficult situation with a home we put an offer on, Linas fought hard for us, and when it didn't work out, he jumped right back in and we found our house just a couple weeks later. Having a good realtor really made a huge difference in this whole experience for us, and we couldn't recommend Linas more.

ZillowVERIFIED I had to relocate pretty quickly this year--buy a new house and sell my existing house--and Linas made the whole process feel easy. He went above and beyond to show me houses and provided all of the information I needed throughout the process to keep it moving forward. He was constantly looking out for my future, too, making sure I considered each property's long-term value for my family. When it came to selling, Linas made sure I understood the technology and process of showings and kept me informed of buyer feedback. When it came to offers, he explained all of the terms and nuances (Do you know what an Escalation Clause is?), took amazing photos of the house, and we sold it for more than I expected to. I really appreciated having Linas by my side through all of this.

ZillowVERIFIED In 2014, Linas helped my husband and me to find our current home, which we got a great deal on due to it having been a HUD foreclosure. We were really impressed with Linas' knowledge about real estate and his ability to walk us through the biding process and then help us figure out the rest of the details. He's always very personable and considerate of buyers' needs and wishlists during the process.Update in July 2021: Linas has always supported us in whatever choices we make as homeowners. We were going to sell the house this year, and Linas had great advice to help us prepare it for market. But when circumstances and plans changed, he didn't skip a beat in connecting us with someone who could help us stay in our home a while longer! Hopefully in 5 years' time, we'll be coming back to Linas to help us grow into a new forever home and sell this one.

ZillowVERIFIED Linas has secured a great deal for me in the up and coming Van Aken area. Very knowledgeable, quick and professional. He worked really well with the sellers agent. Linas also has an excellent network of colleagues who were timely, reliable and knowledgeable. From finding the exact listing I needed, to home inspection to closing, I felt that I was in good hands. This was not the easiest of transactions, yet at all times, I had a lot of help to understand the process and make the right decisions. He will be listing my home for sale and already created an awesome drone video of the area. Thank you so much! Five stars and highly recommended agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I am so very grateful Linas was referred to me by a good friend and co-worker. Linas is reliable, experienced and knows the market and the neighborhoods that he sells in. He not only helped us through a difficult and tricky process of buying a condo, he also got my house sold! I was so grateful and thankful. It was quick and Linas not only helped with the buying and selling of property, he goes above and beyond in helping with having reasonably priced experts who aided in the process and is familiar with the various point of sale requirements that some cities have. I got my repairs made and he even offered me coupons to help with the cost. Again, he goes above and beyond. Look no further for a reputable, knowledgeable, honest, hard working realtor, you won't find one, I firmly believe that. Don't hesitate, call Linas and you will not regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED Linas really knows what he's doing! We were living thousands of miles away during our home search, so Linas looked at houses for us, was present for inspections and walk-throughs, and helped us find a home we love in an amazing neighborhood. Highly recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIED Linas is a very "just the facts ma'am" kind of guy. He'll tell it to you like it is without embellishment and finds all the things listing agents try to sweep under the rug about a house ??????. I might have picked the wrong house if he hadn't pointed out some problems along the way. He's a pretty funny guy too, but you have to learn to really listen - otherwise you might miss it because it's kinda on the sly.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our first home this fall. I contacted Linas Muliolis from a very good recommendation through my friend. I couldnt have been more satisfied with Linas. Being a first time home buyer we had lot of questions and guidance on how we should do things. Linas was very patient and answered all sorts of questions we had. The process of home buying turned out to be a bit more complex then I expected, Linas gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. Linas also guided us through a complicated situation outside of this transaction. That played a big part at that time when I purchasing our home. Working with Linas I learned a lot. We hope that we will be in this home for many years to come, but when it is time to move again, we will definitely call Linas!

ZillowVERIFIED Linas Muliolis is the person you want to represent you in the Cleveland real estate market. He is a knowledgeable broker with a clever wit and attentive attitude that will help you find the right house or find the right sale price. For me he always provided the comps I requested and helped me tease out the market value of the properties I was interested in. And even through the long process of searching his wit and humor were a charm to have along.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were referred to Linas by a family friend who utilized his service. Since I first reached out to him over A YEAR AGO, he has been patient in answering questions, assisting in searches and meandering to open houses with us. Even though I've switched my mind one hundred times about what I'm looking for, he has not put any pressure on me to buy when I wasn't ready. I appreciate his vast knowledge of the greater Cleveland area and his effort to tailor to our needs. I will recommend him to literally everyone. Thanks Linas!

ZillowVERIFIED Linas represented me in the purchase of my condo and the recent sale of my home in Aurora. My condo purchase was a smooth process. He negotiated a great deal and saw me through to a speedy closing. My sale however, took some time. My home was a unique property appealing to a niche market requiring just the right buyer. When that buyer did come along, Linas provided focused attention to the deal. He was available and responsive to my questions/concerns and followed up on numerous details up to and after a successful closing. Hes a busy agent, but I always felt my sale was a priority. Easy to work with, Linas has a professional and confident manner, provides thoughtful guidance and possesses effective negotiating skills. His support and diligence in making my sale a success made the difference in my overall experience. This happy seller definitely recommends Linas!

ZillowVERIFIED Linas sold us our house two years ago. We were first-time home buyers, and it was a HUD house, so an investment as well. He was very knowledgeable and helped us get the best deal that'll help propel us toward our next real estate purchase. It's been a great place to live, and when we do sell it in the next year or two we'll definitely be asking Linas to work with us again!

ZillowVERIFIED Linas worked with us from day 1 to find the house we wanted. While we viewed and toured many houses, he never pushed houses he was selling on us if it was something we weren't looking for. He was extremely respectful of our wishes and opinions, and listened very well to what we were looking for. He understood our budget and didn't push us toward houses we couldn't afford. When we found a house we wanted, he was very knowledgeable and helpful along each step of the process. Getting pre-approved, down payment, negotiating, helping us find a loan agency that would use the Ohio FHA loan program we wanted, helping us with paperwork and understanding what each part of the process meant. He helped us understand our inspection report and get work done on the house by the previous owners based on those reports. When we asked for recommendations for inspectors and contractors, he was clear and upfront about his recommendations and gave us multiple options to choose from. He also said that we were free to chose someone else if we wanted. His connections within the housing and contracting industry were extremely helpful.I would, and have, recommended Linas to multiple of my friends looking to buy a house. He helped us every step of the way, and still helps us if we have questions for him.
