Mandy was excellent to work with. Her knowledge and experience in the real estate industry made my experience very good. She listened to my requirements and delivered exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to her and Winston this process was flawless.

Mandy is an excellent realtor. She was recommended to us by several people, and rightly so. She is knowledgeable, communicative, and patient. We were looking for our forever home, and she guided us through the process at every step. She has continued to be accessible for any questions that we have after moving into our home. She has been available for any questions we have after moving in. I emphatically recommend Mandy as your realtor.

Mandy Gulley was very professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with in finding a home that worked for my brother and I! She was great at returning texts, calls and emails promptly. I loved her attention to detail the most! Thank you Mandy!

I had the pleasure of working with Robin, while helping my Mother sell her home in Rio Verde, AZ. She was timely, knew the area like the back of her hand, and went beyond the extra mile for my Mother. We had several offers, above asking, all cash. It should have been simple, smooth sailing. But, like all things in life, there were complications. Robin was able to steer us to the right people, getting all the paperwork we needed, in an expedited fashion. She recommended movers, cleaning services, etc, making life easier. She even helped my Mother navigate her way through the new build she was doing, which was purely out of the kindness of her heart. She printed papers, made phone calls, none of which she was required to do. So, if you have a home in the Rio Verde area you are looking to sell, or wanting to purchase a home, look no further than Robin Gabardy. You will not find an agent more knowledgeable or more helpful. She genuinely cares about people, loves her job, and it shows.

Mandy was professional, informative, friendly and attune to our needs. She devoted personal attention and was responsive throughout the process. She worked to appropriately price our property and provided sound advice. She was a pleasure to work with!
