ZillowVERIFIED Mandy and Kat were amazing. Texting and electronic communication were key at times. We lived in mustang and bought in McLoud. Therefore with a child in school and 2 full time jobs, those jobs not always the typical hours. Mandy and her team were always on top of everything. She took any questions and/or concerns seriously and totally put us at ease. We bought VA and also the first home we bought. She made the process as fluid and painless as it possibly could have been. Please contact Mandy, she won't steer you wrong and is the right agent to help you find your FOREVER HOME! We would use her professional services again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Mandy is very knowledgeable of the real estate process and very attentive to the requirements. In my case, we needed to close within 4 weeks - she kept track of the status of all the paperwork/inspections. She was in constant contact with the listing agent to keep him and the sellers on track with our expedited date. It all worked out because of her diligence. I would highly recommend Mandy.

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Gulley is the best. We are very happy that she was our real estate agent. Strongly recommending her to those who want to buy, or sell. In the future we will work with her again if we decide to sell this house. During the whole buying process and sorting out our finances, she was always available to take calls, and answer our questions.

ZillowVERIFIED Mandy is an exceptional Realtor. She isn't jaded or inconsiderate like some in this industry can be. She is very patient, understanding, kind, knowledgeable and honest. I've worked with Mandy over 9 months now, and can honestly say that I love working with her and feel extremely blessed to consider her a friend. You will not find anyone that works as hard as she does, or anyone that cares more than Mandy Gulley.

ZillowVERIFIED Wonderful agent. Will bend over backward to help you find exactly what you want. Great knowledge of the business and good at wording contracts to be the best deal for you. She's especially good at helping military members who are using VA loans, and knows all the ins and outs. Right until the end she worked around the clock and kept us informed of everything that was happening. Highly recommend. Mandy's the best!
