To sum it up an agent that offers great total service no matter what your home value. Fourth thing was willingness to negotiate a commission and agree on a BA commission strategy. Fifth thing was an agent that takes the time to walk your property and give critical constructive advise on required or not required items to replace or repair to help the sale of your home. Along with the above was, a coming soon posting on all media, lawn signage, and an organized showing method with a phone app making showing a breeze. After three in person interviews and one over the phone interview with several top agents Jeff Martin came out on top.
