We are extremely happy that we contacted Jim to help us find a home to purchase.. My wife and I are first time home buyers and I must say Jim is a very patient and understanding person. We had no idea on what was involved in buying a house let alone getting approved for a mortgage and Jim was there step by step to walk us thought it. Even with doubts of getting approved for the loan Jim worked very hard and went out of his way to find a way to get us approved and not being fully approved at the time did not stop him from finding houses for us to see, he still would take time and alot of it to show us houses. We looked at over 30 houses and Jim would still say " Hey we can keep looking". He definitely is very patient and makes sure you find the perfect house for you and your family.. Once we found the house when it comes to negotiations Jim goes above and beyond to get you the best deal possible. Sometimes fights a little to hard lol. We have been in our home for almost 2 months and Jim is still willing to take time and help us with anything we need. I would definitely recommend Jim to anyone buying a home and when or if we ever sell our home I will be back in touch with him, I will not go anywhere else
