Marilou is the BEST! Her professionalism, deep knowledge, and responsiveness are off the charts! She cares deeply about her clients, and she communicates regularly to give an update. You never have to wonder where you are in the process. We had some complications with our sales, and Marilou was on top of everything to move things along. She absolutely makes your life easier so that you can plan for all the other things like moving. Even after the deal is closed, she sends gentle reminders for final water meter reading, etc. So you don't need to worry.
