Buying a house is a complicated process and you have to deal with a lot of things at the same time to move things forward. Marilou knows the entire process and she has patience, she is willing to work with you to find the house. She comes with you to the houses, she books appointments, and she sends you houses of your interest every day. Well everyone sends, but she follows and understands if you are interested and what you would like to do.After finding home is actually where she really is becoming very helpful. She is very professional with lawyers, loan officers and she orchestrates people to work with you.
