I was nervous and they took time to walk me through everything, explain all the details, and handle everything so smoothly it was amazing. I would NEVER recommend Nancy Montoya. Nancy Montoya is extremely unprofessional and was extremely discouraging. My husband and I were working with her to sell our current home, buy property and build a new home. She was very rude to my husband over the phone, she raised her voice at him and yelled "who's going to pay for it!?" She tried to tell him who we are and what we are capable of by saying she doesn't see us buying land and building a new home. She was just our realtor, she was not our broker or bank. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not waste your time with her.

Nancy was extremely helpful in helping me sell my mothers residence.She was always responsive to my calls. She took care of all the details that naturally arise during the sale of a home such as addressing all the items requiring attention in the home inspection report. She made the process less stressful. I highly recommend Nancy as a Real Estate Professional
