Rick was very eager, knowledgeable and professional to help us in the sale of our home. Rick provided realistic guidance related to pricing and one an offer was received, guided us through the contract negotiation process to maximize our benefit. His responsiveness was consistent and he always presented a positive attitude. We recommend Rick without hesitation.

Wendy was fantastic, we burned through 2 or 3 realtors before finding her. We would highly recommend Wendy to anyone buying or selling property in the Myrtle beach area.

Rick's energy and knowledge of the local real estate market helped to sell my home in a surprisingly short time. On meeting Rick I was impressed with his drive and insight about today's market. Along the way he answered all my texts and calls really quickly. He's a reliable and savvy professional and I would be happy to work with him again.

Jakob was outstanding throughout the sale process for our condo in North Myrtle Beach. He was thorough in every detail, from pricing strategy to closing paperwork, and kept us informed at every step. His responsiveness made the process smooth and stress-free, we never waited long for answers or updates. We truly appreciated his professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in that area!

Rick was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He would always return my calls and texts. The team he works with is exceptional and they know how to process a deal. His partner, Nico, was also a joy to work with. She helped with home showings and made sure all was set when we got there. I would not hesitate to use his/their services again. AAA+
