I've noticed many realtors use the same outdated photos for of condos online, but not Kevin, he had his photographer Glenn take and use all new high quality photos of my condo and grounds. I'm single , and my studio condo is likely not a big $ maker for Kevin, but he treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. Being disabled, it was a struggle for me to finish up details on my end, but Kevin was patient, understanding and worked with me every step of the way. I will seek out Kevin again if I need a realtor in the future. All our hard work paid off, because we got a buyer under contract in less than a week. ZillowVERIFIED After the initial "pitch" about how much he could sell our place for, then came all of the excuses over the next many, many months as to why we constantly had to decrease the price (almost 25%), but this time we would be sure to get interest. In the end, I could count on one hand how many showings he was able to get, and because he doesn't actually work on your listing personally, there is no one to help potential buyers get scheduled to see the property. Like most, our property is on a rental program, so if you don't have a realtor that actually works for their commission, you probably won't get any showings. In the end, we found the buyer ourselves and still had to pay his outrageous commission for work he didn't even do. It is good that commissions are going to be negotiable going forward, because I think Mr. Mills and others like him will need to find new lines of work.
