We recently closed on our second home we had purchased from Eileen Belanger at century 21 in 2018 we were living in Illinois and were looking for a vacation home in Florida near Disney World, I did a lot of researching and stumbled into Eileen, and we have to say that was the greatest thing that ever happened to us in our life, we came down to Florida to meet her and first impression was amazing she was very professional super knowledgeable about the area and an amazing Realtor. She is always in our best interest on each house we looked at, she would tell us if its a good investment or not. even though it would discourage us from purchasing that specific home she always wanted us to get a home at the right price at right location. We made an offer on couple houses and lost it but she was never discourage and always kept positive and reassuring us that she will find the perfect home. After going back-and-forth from Illinois to Florida she sent us a house that she thought would be a great fit for us and we looked at it online, because shes so trustworthy and we know shes always in our best interest we asked her if she would look at the house and let us know what she thought. After her positive feed back on the home, We told her to make an offer on our first home in Florida without even looking at it. We bought our first home in Florida with Eileen. We currently live here now and love it. At the end of 2018 We decided to purchase another home which we would use for a rental property and again she delivered as usual found this an amazing house and amazing price and even found us someone to rent it as soon as we closed on the house. She is truly an amazing Realtor honest, kind and very knowledgeable in the Florida area. Thanks again Eileen!We will be purchasing our third home with here this year soon.

We have put three offers on different homes and have lost it all and but still she is so patient and finding us that perfect home that is right for us. She is very professional and also personal in your needs and wants. She is so amazing and honest that what ever she says about a property you know you can trust. As a buyer there are many things that you don't know to ask the seller, but she makes sure she researches and ask the seller all info on the roof age,etc. when you are with her you feel relaxed and confident what she says about each property is 100% true and will never let you buy it with out letting you know pros and cons. After months of searching Eileen found us the perfect home in winter haven Florida. We cant wait to move this April 2018 to our new house. Ken was a very professional and competent realtor. He kept me constantly in the loop about the process, the views from start to finish. He arranged having professional home photos taken of my home. He researched the comps for my area and came up with a great selling price. When we came across any complications during the sale process, Ken was able do navigate through them with positive outcomes. The home sold and closed a 3 month period. I was totally satisfied with Ken's handling of the sale of my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.
