ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently closed on our second home we had purchased from Eileen Belanger at century 21 in 2018 we were living in Illinois and were looking for a vacation home in Florida near Disney World, I did a lot of researching and stumbled into Eileen, and we have to say that was the greatest thing that ever happened to us in our life, we came down to Florida to meet her and first impression was amazing she was very professional super knowledgeable about the area and an amazing Realtor. She is always in our best interest on each house we looked at, she would tell us if its a good investment or not. even though it would discourage us from purchasing that specific home she always wanted us to get a home at the right price at right location. We made an offer on couple houses and lost it but she was never discourage and always kept positive and reassuring us that she will find the perfect home. After going back-and-forth from Illinois to Florida she sent us a house that she thought would be a great fit for us and we looked at it online, because shes so trustworthy and we know shes always in our best interest we asked her if she would look at the house and let us know what she thought. After her positive feed back on the home, We told her to make an offer on our first home in Florida without even looking at it. We bought our first home in Florida with Eileen. We currently live here now and love it. At the end of 2018 We decided to purchase another home which we would use for a rental property and again she delivered as usual found this an amazing house and amazing price and even found us someone to rent it as soon as we closed on the house. She is truly an amazing Realtor honest, kind and very knowledgeable in the Florida area. Thanks again Eileen! We will be purchasing our third home with here this year soon.

ZillowVERIFIED Review for Eileen My wife and I found Eileen Belanger on the website by realtors with reviews. We could have not imagine to find a realtor who really is honest and looking out for your best interest. We have put three offers on different homes and have lost it all and but still she is so patient and finding us that perfect home that is right for us. She is very professional and also personal in your needs and wants. She is so amazing and honest that what ever she says about a property you know you can trust. As a buyer there are many things that you don't know to ask the seller, but she makes sure she researches and ask the seller all info on the roof age, etc. when you are with her you feel relaxed and confident what she says about each property is 100% true and will never let you buy it with out letting you know pros and cons. After months of searching Eileen found us the perfect home in winter haven Florida. We cant wait to move this April 2018 to our new house. We highly recommend her to sell your home or find you that perfect home that is right for you. Thank you so much Eileen for being so patient with us... from jacob & Eva.

ZillowVERIFIED Eileen was great to work with and I feel she went above and beyond to sell our condo! Our condo had been listed for four years without any results and Eileen was able to list it and sell all within a matter of a couple of months. She helped us by setting up a remote closing so we did not have have to travel 10 hours by to Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED There is no better real estate agent in all of Florida than Eileen Belanger. She is the most hard working and competent agent you could ever meet. We bought a house three years ago with her as our agent and are now selling a house with her as our agent. That should speak for itself! She will surpass any expectations you could ever have about a great real estate agent!!! Whether you're buying or selling, having Eileen in your corner will prove to be the best choice you could have made.

ZillowVERIFIED Eileen is the BEST real estate agent in Polk County! She has done her homework and is extremely knowlegable about the area, subdivisions, places of interest,....everything. We flew in from Wisconsin to meet with Eileen to view homes. Eileen did not disappoint. She had scheduled about 15 homes, all across Polk County, for us to view on our whirlwind 2-day quest to find a home. She was totally "on point" with all of the homes she chose. Eileen walked us through everything from finding a home to buying a home and assisted us every step of the way. Being an out of town buyer, I can't say enough about Eileen's willingness to assist us in doing the things we could not physically do from Wisconsin. Call Eileen to help you find your new home.....you'll be glad you did. I know I am!
