Century 21 Aspen Real Estate

Eric Vaughn was great to work with. He was attentive to our needs and communicated with us regularly. He modified search criteria when the criteria I had requested did not find properties that I liked. He is very knowledgeable of the properties in Ruidoso and the surrounding area having grown up here. I highly recommend his services.

Nenada sold our home for us. It was on the market for 18 days and we got multiple offers. She was supportive the entire time we were selling, knowledgeable when we asked her opinion and questions through the process, always replied and reached out when anything was happening, and was able to bring knowledge and experience in the situations we faced. When we originally bought our house 5 years prior, our experience was not the greatest. But selling with Nenada was stress free! I couldn't recommend her enough!

Nenada was available for all our questions and very helpful through and after the purchase! She made the entire buying process easy and enjoyable. She did everything in a very timely manner and we didnt have to wait on her for anything. She was a pleasure to work with all the way through.

Eric has sold two properties for us. He was spot on when he told us the condition of the market and where we should set the prices. Both properties sold quickly compared with other comparable properties in the area. We would definitely recommend Eric and Nenada.

Outstanding team of Real Estate professionals that really know this market...which, at times, can be a difficult one. They were knowledgeable, professional and persistent. I couldn't ask for a better outcome or a more pleasurable experience...if any sale of a house could ever be described that way . They are great.
