ZillowVERIFIEDEric Vaughn was great to work with. He was attentive to our needs and communicated with us regularly. He modified search criteria when the criteria I had requested did not find properties that I liked. He is very knowledgeable of the properties in Ruidoso and the surrounding area having grown up here. I highly recommend his services.

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding team of Real Estate professionals that really know this market...which, at times, can be a difficult one. They were knowledgeable, professional and persistent. I couldn't ask for a better outcome or a more pleasurable experience...if any sale of a house could ever be described that way . They are great.

ZillowVERIFIED We know Eric Vaughn from both a buying and selling perspective. Eric is a personable, knowledgeable agent who has a masterful ability to work with clients who have a variety of real estate interests and needs. Recently, Eric assisted us in selling our home at a challenging time in Ruidoso real estate. He was able to match buyers with our one-of-a-kind property. We strongly recommend that you contact Eric should you be buying or selling, not just now, but in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I very much enjoyed working with Eric and would recommend him to others. He was responsive as well as informative. I feel like he went above and beyond. We felt like although we were just a small land purchase he put in the effort and time we needed as if we were a larger customer buying property or real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED I have both bought a home and sold a home with Eric Vaughn and the experiences could not have been better. He is an expert in the Lincoln County home market so it wouldn't have made sense for me to work with anyone else. In addition, he is just a genuinely friendly and decent person. If I buy property in Lincoln County in the future, of course I would want him to assist me again.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric did an outstanding job as our Realtor! He returned my calls and e-mails within the same day (sometimes within minutes!). When walking through homes, he pointed out potential issues and assets for me to consider in my purchase decision. Excellent knowledge of the area. He did a prompt, thorough job troubleshooting the few issues that we had. I will definitely use him again!

ZillowVERIFIED Eric was great to work with! I planned to use a friend of mine but Eric was just more aggressive and excited to get the listing. He acted quickly to get the house listed and photos taken and uploaded. It seriously took less than 24 hours from me agreeing to go with him to have it listed and advertised. He did a great job of follow up as well. I think he referred to it as aEURoefollow up FridaysaEUR? just to let me know how our listing was doing in comparison to others. Once under contract, he would call me even if there wasnt an update. I not only got a great agent but a friend for life! Thanks Eric for all of your help and when I'm ready to purchase another house, You will be my first call.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a great experience working with Eric. In addition to being personable and genuine, he knows the market well and is ready to share information to help homebuyers navigate the Ruidoso housing market. In our purchase, Eric was on the buy and sell side of the transaction and exercised the expected discretion, while treating both sides very fairly.

ZillowVERIFIED We made the decision to purchase a family vacation home in the Ruidoso area. This is a peak time in Ruidoso and houses are selling fast. We gave Eric our wish list and the looking began. Eric joked that we had seen every available house in the area and we eventually made an offer on the very first house he showed us. He was very knowledgeable during the negotiations and closing process. We absolutely love the house and a big thank you to Eric for helping us find it.

ZillowVERIFIED Top notch experience all around: listing, marketing, negotiation with buyers, closing process were all terrific. Also very communicative and reachable throughout the entire process. We didn't even have a feel for what the house could sell for but Eric had a great pulse on the market and achieved what he stated he could, to our very pleasant surprise.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric was awesome from the start! He helped my family and I purchase our very first cabin in Ruidoso. He was extremely knowledgable on the properties and neighborhoods. He always looked out for our best interest. Eric always made himself available to us, and we appreciate it tremendously since we had to come in from out of town to view the properties. After closing, he continues to communicate with us to see how were doing in our new cabin. Thanks Eric for making this process go so smoothly!

He was very professional yet easy going. Felt very comfortable working with him. Loved that he would point out things in homes that we had not noticed, both good and things that could be done to improve. If ever in need of a realtor again, definitely, Eric is the one.
