Catia is a blessing to anyone in need of a home, she treats your family like her own, and will always look out for you. She will guide you in the right direction even post pre-approval, she isnt the typical call me when your approved careless agent. She has resources to guide you every step of the way that she actually has relationships with, not just numbers : Believe me it makes a difference. You want to have someone who is well versed, well respected, and beyond all cares. She will steer you in the right direction and strive to meet your dreams, but always find a way to meet your needs as long as you trust her advice.
