ZillowVERIFIED Gina Ferraro is by far the an amazing agent of the times! Her presentation with all her knowledge and time spent with us was so incredibly helpful to my husband and I. At first we asked her to come to our home for a Market Value of our home... I had many agents visit my home for the same presentation prior to Ginas visit and most agents were at my home for about 15 minutes, gave us zero knowledge of the market and made us feel as thought we were taking up there time... however Gina spent almost 2 hours with us and we were so incredibly impressed at how professional and knowledgeable she was. Unfortunately, we are unable to sell our home at this time, however Gina is currently looking for a condo for us and again has gone above and beyond the call of duty. We are deciding on a condo in the coming weeks and when I am ready to sell my current home I will certainly call Gina to get the job done!

She was the only realtor out of over 20 I contacted that called me back almost immediately and I was very impressed. I was in contract with a home she found for me and unfortunately I was unable to buy the home due to issues with a short sale bank. Gina's patience, consistent communication and help through the entire process was absolutely amazing! We have continued our search for a home and without fail Gina stayed in contact with me since our cancelled contract last year and has since found many homes for us to preview currently.
