We have used several brokers in the past for purchasing and selling homes and Jill Coenen is BY FAR the best broker we've worked with. She's the total package you want in a broker; communication, local service provider contacts, knowledge of the area and home needs, and we just plain trusted her. We have already recommended her to our daughter and son-in-law when they are ready to buy a house. Can't say enough positive things about buying our home through Jill Coenen!

Kendall emailed us confirming a time for us to meet her to view a house. The house was shortly taken off the market, and not only did she not relay this information to us, but did not reach out cancelling, or communicating this with us at all. We found out the listing was no longer active through Zillow and other websites. I reached out to her with 3 separate emails throughout those two days. First asking if the house was sold. Then asking if it was taken down. And a third one to check if we were still supposed to meet her for the showing. (She had not told us it was no longer being sold. So we did not know whether or not to consider it active and show up to the showing or not). I'm sure she is wonderful to work with! And I would have loved the chance to meet her and work with her, but the no heads up on any of this really stood out to me. What if i would have not looked into this, and we still showed up at the property (55 minutes from our current addressaEUR|) only to be stood up and at a house thats not even for sale. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I wish there was some communication from her!
