Gabrielle was incredible through the entire process. She knows the Santa Cruz area incredibly well and is extremely well connected. She was also very patient with us as the requirements for what we were looking for kept changing. There was no pressure to settle on a house that we weren't thrilled about. It was all worth it because she got us a house that's perfect for our family!

Katy was excellent. She negotiated for us with really no compromise through the entire process from negotiating the price, contingencies and even the final clean up before closing. She is also well connected in the area and helped us with finding us a great homeowners insurance agent, title company, contractor and contacts in the county. We would highly recommend her for buying or selling.

I had a lovely experience with Gabrielle buying my first home. She was patient with all my questions and always easy to get a hold of during the process. It was as smooth and easy as a home buying process can be.

As first-time home buyers, we were grateful for Gretchen's expertise, her ability to walk us through every step of the process in detail, and her willingness to answer our many questions! She brings extensive knowledge of the local area, and also recommended the lender we ended up choosing as well as great contractors. We trusted her advice in negotiations in a tough seller's market and closed on the second house on which we placed a bid. Highly recommended!
