CB APEX REALTORS, LLC

We relocated from Georgia to Fort Worth, Texas to support our daughter's career move and be close to our grandkids. She strongly recommended her realtor, Shannon Moneymaker Bartek, and Shannon completely hit it out of the park! From day one, she was attentive, knowledgeable, highly professional, and deeply focused to our needs during an out-of-state move. Everything was handled masterfully. I have no hesitation in recommending Shannon for all your real estate needs! Noel LaBennett

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Shannon to find our new home in Star Trail in Prosper, Texas. Relocating from New Jersey to Texas was a big move, and Shannon made the home-buying process feel seamless and exciting from the very beginning. She took the time to show us multiple homes and very quickly understood our taste, style, and what we were looking for in a home. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, responsive, patient, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we found the right home. We also had the experience of selling our New Jersey home with a different realtor during the same period, which gave us a very clear comparison. Shannon was by far superior in her knowledge, professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and overall work ethic. She genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than simply completing a transaction. We are so grateful to Shannon for helping us find our home in Star Trail and making our relocation to Texas such a positive experience. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will be in excellent hands with Shannon!

Shannon is the most exceptional realtor I have ever worked with! I have done over 10 real estate transactions in my life and she made selling our home the smoothest transaction yet. While most real estate agents these days are only transactional and looking out for their own interests, Shannon represents her clients and their interest! Shannon is the second realtor I have met in my life who was not 100% transactional. The other one had retired from being a hospital chaplain for 30 years before going into real estate. If you are looking to buy or sell a home anywhere in the DFW Metroplex or surrounding suburbs, I highly recommend hiring Shannon Moneymaker Bartek as your realtor. She is, "Simply the best!"!

Working with Shannon is always a pleasure. As an industry partner, I can say she's communicative, responsive and truly dedicated to her clients. Every transaction with her runs smoothly, and over time she's become a great friend too. Any client would be lucky to have her.
