We knew that we were in good hands the first time we spoke to Shannon on the phone. She is very professional, diligent and very knowledgeable about her job and the area. Shannon is always very prompt in answering our calls, texts or emails( she received lots of those from us, but nevergot tired of us). She was constantly searching for new postings and send them to us as soon as they appear online. We went to Texas to visit the first time. Once we saw a house that we liked and notified her, she was already there to check that house for us. Shannon would do video showing with us directly or she would record a nice video to show us everything about a house as if we were there in person. Review Shannon was referred to us by one of my friends when my family and I were looking to move to Texas. Since we were out of state, We were looking for a trusted and reliable agent to help us find a good home to move in. Shannon helped my friend find a beautiful and affordable home in Frisco 5 years ago. Shannon was highly recommended by my friend. We knew that we were in good hands the first time we spoke to Shannon on the phone. She is very professional, diligent and very knowledgeable about her job and the area. Shannon is always very prompt in answering our calls, texts or emails( she received lots of those from us). She was constantly searching for new postings and send them to us as soon as they appear online. We went to Texas to visit the first time. Once we saw a house that we like and notified her, she was ready there to check that house for us. Shannon would do video showing with us directly or she would record a nice video to show us everything about a house as if we were there in person. She wouldndo that until we found a house that we liked. We didn't get to realize our goal to move to Texas because of personal reasons. If we were to plan to move in to Texas in the future, we would definitely choose Shannon 1000 time with no hesitation. She is the type of agent that you can rely on to find your perfect dream home. She is very thorough and intelligent. If anyone is moving to Texas especially in the Dallas/Frisco areas and is looking for a great agent, don't hesitate to contact Shannon. You would not regret your decision. You will find that she is simply amazing to work with.

Shannon was the key factor in my eventual victory and I was able to get a great home due to her uplifting and determined attitude that kept me going even when my offers fell short. Shannon is quick and thorough in her responses for any questions I had and worked with me long into the night to make sure that we had everything squared away on our offers. Her due diligence and experience assured me of the confidence that I placed in her expertise, and I felt very comfortable knowing that she had my best interest in mind and that she protects her clients. I have referred Shannon to my friends and family and will continue to work with her on future purchases and sales. I am highly impressed with Shannon and know that anyone that works with her will be too!

And only 2 of them knew how to leverage all their contacts and options to make it happen. Shannon is one of those. She can and will get it done when, if, it is, at all, possible. Review We used Shannon to help us get a lease on our rental. She was beyond helpful and helped us get a great property in an area we love. She was extremely hardworking on our behalf and she was really great about thinking about things I hadnt considered. When she spoke with the landlord she highly recommended this property because of his responsiveness on the phone and how nice he was. This was not something I had initially considered for a rental property, as it was our first time to ever rent. She will work long hours for you to get the best property for your needs! Highly recommend her to anyone looking in the DFW area! Well be using her again for our home purchase next spring and I know she will help us find our perfect fit!

It look some looking and refining our search, but we found it and she's now listing our previous home for sale - which received and offer and was under contract Day One! Shannon and her team immediately treat you like an old friend, which makes it easy to work with her and communicate easily. She will talk straight to you and give you her honest opinion about homes you are considering; the good, the bad, the ugly. Shannon is driven to succeed and will go above and beyond for her clients. She truly takes Customer Service to heart. In fact, jumping in to help move items for photography.
