CASTO Residential

Patrick was great! He was patient with us looking for the right home to downsize and we found it. Closing on the purchase was easy and Patrick was there with us the entire process. Patrick really shined when we sold our home. It was a little bit of a different sale as it was off market. Patrick was knowledgeable and patient with us during this process. We had some small obstacles to overcome in the sales process. Patrick made the process smoother and kept mine and my wife's anxiety to minimum. In the end, we sold the house and Patrick was key to making that happen!

I chose Patrick to sell my downtown condo because of his expertise in the downtown market. He took over the process from beginning to end. He is great at anticipating challenges that may arise and already had multiple solutions waiting. He was responsive and clearly communicated next steps. I highly recommend Patrick for your real-estate needs, he is truly an expert and a professional.

I sold my downtown condo with Patrick and it was so easy. He was responsive, professional and informative. He also helped with staging my unit and getting some little projects finished before I put it on the market. I definitely would recommend him for your next property.

Zillow connected me with Cody and I couldn't have gotten luckier. He helped facilitate my first home purchase and got me a deal I couldn't be happier with. I honestly can't believe how smooth the whole experience was. He got me in for tours same day, helped get my first offer accepted under the exact terms I wanted and connected me to the right lender as soon as I went under contract. I'm normally not one for leaving reviews but I genuinely would recommend anyone to work with Cody especially if you're a first time home buyer wanting an agent who's patient and willing to answer questions honestly and effectively. 10/10

I was a rather particular client for Patrick because I was sticking to what I wanted in this difficult market. He was completely patient with me and when we finally found what I was looking for we closed in 9 business days! Patrick is knowledgeable, responsive and attentive else that wouldn't have happened. Patrick, thanks for your patience, your guidance and your hard work!
