Being able to provide insights of how demand was fairing across other similar listings, and being able to isolate market-specific versus property-specific factors, were extremely insightful, and any inevitable issues that arose when dealing with buyers were swiftly handled. After purchasing a home before having sold my current home, I was fraught with anxiety worrying about having to pay two mortgages. I work typical business hours and really appreciated how Roger made himself available on the evenings and weekends. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and really needed help walking through the buying process. Roger was always quick to respond to any question we had (even after business hours), and made the process extremely simple for us. We have been in our house for almost 2 years and could not be happier. Roger did a great job finding the perfect home for us, at an amazing price. We are in the Victorian Village area, which is notorious for homes being sold days after they are listed and often go into bidding wars. We were so impressed with Rogers ability to negotiate us an amazing deal under the pressure the area puts on realtors. In the last year, a few houses very similar to ours have sold in our neighborhood for tens of thousands more than what we paid for our house. I am so grateful Roger was able to negotiate such a great deal for our home. Nothing feels better than seeing our neighbors house, almost identical to ours, sell for 50k more than we paid for our house. I have recommended Roger to friends and family looking to buy and sell, all of whom have been just as impressed as we were. I dont write online reviews often, but I really feel Roger went above and beyond for us, and really feel like he deserves praise for his hard work and commitment to his clients.
