Cascade Hasson Sotheby's International Realty

Very knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. Our transaction went very smoothly and it was great to work with a trusted and hardworking agent.

Bought A Townhome in Ashland, Oregon. Working with Ryan Lamanna was the best decision we could have made for our move to Oregon. This was our first time ever relocating out of state, and Ryan made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy, organized, and even enjoyable. Ryan is one of those rare realtors who is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind, friendly, and honest. His communication was excellent, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported--especially with all the extra logistics that come with moving from another state. If you're looking for a realtor who truly cares about his clients and delivers exceptional service, Ryan Lamanna is the one you want. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

Ryan and Hunter worked together seamlessly to negotatiate and close our new house. They were timely and responsive, and were able to expertly provide assistance in a situation with the property where we needed some guidance (easements/lot line issues). I highly recommend Ryan and Hunter and would use them again if I purchase property in the future.

Ryan will work hard for you. Always available and supportive. I live in another state now because of family matters, so it was important for me to be in contact with Ryan and know what was happening and to trust that the home was being taken care of in my absence. We worked closely together via email, telephone, photos, etc. I always was assured that Ryan was doing his best. Ryan did a splendid job in representing this lovely and unique custom home.
