Ryan Lamanna

Originally from Torrington, Connecticut, I have always been driven by curiosity, learning, and the desire to challenge myself. That journey eventually led me to Arlington, Virginia, where I earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Marymount University. While in college, I enjoyed exploring Washington, D.C., and experiencing the opportunities and energy of the city.

After graduating, I worked as a paralegal in New York City and New Haven, Connecticut. Although I enjoyed my career on the East Coast, I knew there was something more waiting for me out West. Before making the move, my wife and I walked the Camino de Santiago in Spain, an unforgettable experience that deepened my appreciation for adventure, personal growth, and connecting with people from all walks of life.

Following our journey, we made Ashland, Oregon, our home. I began working as an accountant at Southern Oregon University while pursuing my real estate license. Real estate quickly became the perfect combination of my analytical background, entrepreneurial interests, and passion for working directly with people. In 2019, I transitioned into real estate full-time and have been helping clients navigate the Southern Oregon real estate market ever since.

Today, I live and work in Ashland, Oregon, and specialize in helping buyers, sellers, and real estate investors make informed decisions throughout Ashland and the surrounding Southern Oregon communities. My accounting background gives me a unique perspective on real estate. I closely follow market trends, property values, comparable sales, and the numbers behind each transaction. Outside of real estate, I'm passionate about traveling, running, hiking, weight training, and nutrition. I enjoy spending time on the trails and exploring new places with my wife and daughter. I'm also a lifelong bowler who has achieved a perfect game, and recently started learning French to keep my curiosity alive.
