Carpenter Realtors

Derrin, is the best. She goes above and beyond - I will only work with her when buying or selling real estate. She becomes like family, she solves any problems, takes care of you and even stays in touch after the sale. She is GREAT!

Derrin was absolutely the most amazing realtor we have worked with in the 35 years that we have been buying and selling homes. Exceptional responsiveness, thorough knowledge of the marketplace, get it done attitude and an extensive network of professional contacts that know how to get it done! Thank you for all your efforts! Will highly recommend you to friends, colleagues and family in the years to come! Happy New Year!

Derrin is fantastic and I would recommend her to any of my friends. As a first-time homebuyer, she was patient with all of my questions and continued to help me even after closing. She is on top of her stuff and just a friendly person to work with. I greatly appreciate all of her help and will use her again in the future.
