ZillowVERIFIED Derrin stepped in when our realtor had family issues and was able to help us to both buy a new home and sell our other home. She is super responsive and very flexible when scheduling showings and things of that nature. She keeps her ear to the ground and is helpful in navigating interesting circumstances.

ZillowVERIFIED I am an out of state investor. So it is very important for me to work with an agent that I can fully rely on. I am so glad I found Derrin. She was extremely professional, honest and responsive. She helped me purchase an investment property and I hope to work with her again in the future. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Derrin was absolutely fantastic to work with, and I could not recommend her more highly. This is only the second house my wife and I have bought, and right from the get-go, I told her to be defensive of us, as we don?t know what we don?t know. She did exactly that and then some, and I never once felt like she wasn?t 110% on our side through the entire process. After some exhaustive searching and not really finding what we wanted, she got creative to do some digging and found us our house which checked all of our boxes, and the we originally passed on. Thank you for everything, Derrin! And I promise we will not be strangers.

ZillowVERIFIED Derrin responded to an online request for a showing on a Sunday night and we saw the home the next morning. She promptly submitted an offer after the second viewing. Her knowledge of the area prepared us to make a competitive offer. After the inspection she guided us in the renegotiation process. This helped us make a final offer that was reasonable for both parties.

ZillowVERIFIED Derrin was assigned with selling my house after another realtor left the company. She took on the responsibility completely and went out of her way to sell the property quickly and efficiently. She was honest about what to expect for my property and was able to negotiate a fair deal for me and the buyers. She is an A+ realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Derrin worked diligently to find us our new home in a challenging market this spring. Seemed we were always getting pushed out as we had a home to sell. She found this house and got seller to accept our contingency, then proceeded to get 7 offers on our house in 5 hours. Had several roadblocks from our seller and she got those worked out.

ZillowVERIFIED I am extremely pleased with Derrin"s professional demeanor. She respected my wishes to allow me to take my time with the process. Buying a home is a very big step that requires an agent that does not add pressure in addition to all the particular that purchasing a house entails. Thanks to agents like Derrin, the actual pursuit can and is less strenuous. Thanks Derrin for being the kind of person that understands that.
