When I start to find a house, I have wored with two other agents, one of the agent never respond to me after the first show of a house, I think he gave up on me because I was just planning to buy a house under $100,000, then my friend introduced Philip to me, after he gave me the first show of a house, I found out that hes a very professional real estate agent, so I decided to work with him for my new house. Philip was very patient and the most important was his quick response. Every time I had some questions about the house, he responded in time and gave a lot of information.He was not aggressive to make a deal but his purpose was to find a suitable home for me. After I bought the house, Philip still offered a lot of help.
