From the very beginning, Phil was open, honest, transparent, flexible, willing to impart advice and knowledge, and so much more. We from our first (and only) offer all the way to closing, I didn't talk to Phil less than 2 times per day. When we had issues with our lender, Phil pulled out all of the stops to get through underwriting and approved and closed in less than a week. It was some kind of magical. He takes the time to get a feeling for exactly what you are looking for and applies himself 24/7 to finding the right home for you. He also is by your side through every single step of the process including advocating for you which, in our case, included many phone calls to the builder, often taking it upon himself to question procedures or quality. My situation wasn't very clean, I had tight deadlines and some other potential hazards in front of me so I knew I needed to choose someone I felt very strong about. Someone who didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but was honest and could deliver. Philip Logarides is that person! This man will HUSTLE for his work and what he says is the truth. I always felt he had my best interest in mind and wasn't just trying to "make a sale". He went above and beyond in helping me prep my house for the sale and when it came time to pack. The contractors he recommended for various work have been outstanding as well! I had complete faith and trust in him from very early on in our new relationship and he didn't disappoint.I needed a quick turnaround on both selling and purchasing. I followed his lead and he made it happen. After only a few days on the market, I had multiple offers and had found something else to purchase and was under contract all within 5 days! ZillowVERIFIED We used Philip Logarides to sell our home this spring and he was outstanding.Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Philip stood out as the best Charlotte has to offer: his rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), social media presence was strong, and I could tell he puts a lot of work into his listings.We spoke with Philip and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Philip made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer.Our house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market at 1% under asking price. We accepted and Philip walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.I've recommended Philip to everyone I know.
