Carolina One Real Estate

Loren was amazing! She did a wonderful job working with us! Not only was she a pleasure to work with, she was really knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. She was also able to help us find a suitable house in our price range with everything we were looking for. Working with her made everything really easy for us and she was able to negotiate for us really well with the seller.

Loren helped me find my townhouse in a timely and professional manner. She was very knowledgeable of the market and from start to finish she made the process so easy.

We relocated from out of state and needed an agent who knew the Summerville area well. Loren was a Godsend. We had countless conversations about the pros and cons of each neighborhood, location, house, commute, local government, and so much more. Her knowledge is deep and counsel was indispensable. She was patient, kind, cheerful, and delightful with every request and interaction we had. We would engage her again for future transactions and recommend her to anyone looking for real estate in the Summerville area

Loren was very knowledgeable, honest, reliable, very detailed and very personable. She was a delight to work with and any and all questions we had, she answered promptly. We had three offers in six days! Thank you, Loren!

With all of the Realtors I've worked with over the years, Loren was the best so far. Hard working, aggressive with advertising and great with communications. There's always a lot going on with buying or selling a home but she made the process as least painful as possible. Definitely recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area. Thanks for everything.
