ZillowVERIFIED Loren is a phenomenal realtor! I was referred to her by some friends who used her last year who had rave reviews. I was moving from Hawaii to South Carolina and didnt have a lot of time to search for a home in order for it to be move in ready by the time I actually moved their. I called Loren about a month before meeting her to touch base, and when I flew in to look at homes she had a ton a homes to look at. She showed me 15 homes in one day(Yikes, but it was my choice), and made a decision, put in an offer and it got it accepted same day! Loren and her assistant, Suzanne, also made it very easy to work with the Lender and closing attorney. Overall I had a great experience with her and highly recommend her and Carolina One to anyone buying or selling real estate in the Charleston area!

I have never heard of this person and have no idea who would post such a thing. I have notified Zillow of this and they are trying to get to the bottom of who this might be. Apparently. you don;t have to be a past buyer or seller to leave a review on Zillow...anyone can.

ZillowVERIFIED One of the best moves we ever made was contacting Loren to be our buyers agent! We were moving into a gated active adult community, and there are only two in our target area. No need for a Realtor, since we were building a new house, right? Wrong! There are myriad details, inspections, decisions to make, and other issues that needed immediate action. Problem was we were 600 miles away. Thats where Loren came in. She was on the spot, on the ball for us the entire time. Plus, the developer of a new community really doesnt want to make Realtors mad, so I think we got better service because of her involvement. ZillowVERIFIED I cried the first time I met Loren Bethea. My house was a disaster in a great neighborhood. I don't think she expected to become my realtor but she was honest. Brutally honest, which is what I needed to hear. I took everything she said and transformed my house from a near handy man's special to a postcard. Even she could hardly believe it. It sold immediately at asking price. Unfortunately our buyers decided to divorce and canceled right before closing. Loren met me at my friend's house to let me know. Back on the market with more open houses and another buyer from another state that canceled within 24 hours since they hadn't seen the house. (Who buys a house sight unseen?). It was a long road but Loren continued to tell me it was going to sell. It did! The folks who bought it LOVE the crazy landscaping and the house. I was fourth on a chain of houses to close and Loren guided me through the stress. She has the phone numbers of electricians, landscapers, lawyers, carpenters, whatever is needed. I think if I asked her for a therapist she would have given me a number for one. Her motto is under promise and over- deliver. That sums it up. She is not only my agent we have become friends.
