My wife and I were out of town buyers and didnt know any agents in the Charleston area. We saw some reviews for Troy and a few other real estate agents and sent brief emails to all. Troys response indicated that he was willing to answer questions and start sending us listings. We ultimately used Troy for the purchase of our home in Charleston and it was a GREAT decision.
