ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were out of town buyers and didnt know any agents in the Charleston area. We saw some reviews for Troy and a few other real estate agents and sent brief emails to all. Troys response indicated that he was willing to answer questions and start sending us listings. We ultimately used Troy for the purchase of our home in Charleston and it was a GREAT decision. Troy has a relaxed-no-pressure style which we both appreciated. He was honest with us a gave us great recommendations as well as cautions regarding some of the locations we were considering. Troy was also able to recommend an excellent loan officer as well as building inspector. He was patient with our questions and lack of familiarity with the market and process in SC. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Troy.

I wish every agent were as good as Troy but unfortunately they are not and it costs clients money and wastes their time. He'll determine the best value of your house and market your property to get fast results that are pleasing to all parties. With the last house, there wasn't even time to put up the sign on the property before our place sold. Be ready to pack and move fast!

The quality I love the most about Troy is he is smooth, not some hack pushing you into a house any house as fast as he can. Almost every other realtor I've dealt with would be just as at home on a used car lot but Troy is the shining exception. He truly wants you to be happy with your decision and get a home that fits YOU. He also treats you like a big wig even if you are buying a relatively small dollar house. Also his wife Kelly is one of the best in the mortgage biz, same demeanor and hustle, so if you get a chance to work with both expect the smoothest, fastest, deals you can ever do buying a house.
