THE LANDOVER CORPORATION

Carii and Tom--theyre a super team!--left us feeling confident that we would be in excellent hands with them after our first meeting. Once we decided to move forward with selling our condo, they got right to it and we signed on the best offer less than a week after going on the market. Carii crafted an excellent approach for the marketing and pricing of our home and then skillfully handled the negotiations and communications with the buyers. We would not hesitate to work with Carii and Tom again--and highly recommend them!

Carii Clawson is exemplary in all areas, no matter the situation. They say that the way you do anything is the way that you do everything, and Carii is a professional through and through. Carii is on point from A to Z. Of course I am unable to predict the specific details of your home buying or selling experience, however, I am confident when I give my highest recommendation of Carii and can accurately predict that she will do whatever is required to achieve YOUR goal in the most seamless way possible. Her knowledge AND ability to execute are some of the most refined skills that you will come across in this industry. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Carii and I happily give my heartfelt and personal recommendation. Thank you!

Tamara was knowledgeable and helped advocate and negotiate. I greatly appreciated Tamara?s insight and support. Tamara assisted above and beyond the purchase with her welcoming attitude and knowledge of local resources.

Carii Clawson can teach a masterclass in real estate buying and selling! Her industry knowledge is second to none. Her understanding of client needs and strategic thinking to get the best possible deal is equally admirable. We?ve worked with MANY realtors over the years and decades, Carii is a one of a kind!

Carii and Tom were a pleasure to work with. I felt like I was in the best hands from day 1. We had the added pressure of having purchased a home before putting our home on the market. Carii and Tom helped us get our home ready for market and sold in 4 days. They are miracle workers!
