Cammarota Real Estate

MaryJo listed and priced my house appropriately based on the comps and market conditions. MaryJo actively marketed my house and was very responsive to my requests and phone calls. She worked well with other realtors showing the house and requested feedback after their visits. House was sold in a reasonably quick fashion and at a price that was fair and of course I was happy with.

Maryjo was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with walking me through the steps of selling my home. She was very compassionate every step of the way and turned a difficult decision into a positive one. I would Highly recommend her!

MaryJo did a phenomenal job assisting us with the purchase of our Matawan, NJ home. I can confidentially say it is because of her negotiation skills, expertise, and skilled contract writing that we got the house - at list price - which is unheard of in this NJ market! From the start she was always early, professional, and knew the value of the home and area. She was always available via phone, text and email and communicated well. Throughout the process she made sound recommendations, which are especially needed and welcomed now a days. If youre looking for a respected real estate professional with strong ethics (and working broker!) I recommend giving her a call!

After her evaluation, we listed and sold the property for more than we could have imagined. And in less than a week!Exceptional service! All calls returned on the day we called and her recommendation on a attorney was perfect.

I've worked with MaryJo many times over 10 years and always have a great experience! She recently helped me sell my last condo with all my furniture so I could move to Florida very easily. I will definitely be using her in the future!
