I can confidentially say it is because of her negotiation skills, expertise, and skilled contract writing that we got the house - at list price - which is unheard of in this NJ market! From the start she was always early, professional, and knew the value of the home and area. She was always available via phone, text and email and communicated well. Throughout the process she made sound recommendations, which are especially needed and welcomed now a days. She felt I had accepted to low a price, and was able to raise it another $8000.00. She answered any and all questions I had. She never missed a phone call or e-mail.
