We interviewed several other highly recommended agents in the Cheshire area, but when we met Brette, my wife and I both felt that she understood our goals and expectations, and that she would deliver. Brette did a fantastic job for us in both selling our existing home and helping us to find the perfect new home. It checked all of the boxes on our list of must haves. She did a great job of marketing and pricing our home. She was easy to work with, helpful, patient with our questions and concerns, and responsive. We were impressed with how well she understood what we were looking for in our next home and how she recognized when we had reservations about some of the homes we looked at. She encouraged us to wait for the right one and we never felt rushed. She found the perfect house for us and it was clear before we even saw it that she really knew that we would fall in love with it. She also has great local knowledge and an excellent network of connections to draw from, including service providers when it comes to home inspections and lending. My wife and I would recommend her without hesitation.

I cant say enough about how happy we were to have Brette Stern represent us for the sale and purchase of a new home.
