Chris Caputo is a family friend and an excellent broker! Weve done business on multiple occasions and theyve always been effortless and simple! He gives honest opinions and is very thorough and responsive. In addition to the house search, he was also able to network and introduce me to all the other lender/attorney/inspector players that made my purchase happen quickly. I would recommend him and his team to anyone buying a house. A+++ service!!!!Chris rocks!!! The end.Rachelle Bilski, Worth IL

I have used chris as my agent for a couple different real estate transactions. He and his team have worked hard to take care of every phase of the process. He is very knowledgeable in the areas of assessing the property and negotiating a fair price for the sale.

Great realtor! We bought a short sale and he was very knowledgeable and responsive while we waited for the bank response. He even took us to see the house a couple of times so we could take measurements and pictures. Just the consummate professional throughout the process. I highly recommend!

Chris returned calls promptly. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the area. We used Chris' services more than once and he sold our properties in a timely manner.

Chris has been very patient when we were looking for a home. We were looking for some time for new home. I would highly recommend Chris to any one looking for a new home.
