Review Chris Caputo is a family friend and an excellent broker! Weve done business on multiple occasions and theyve always been effortless and simple! He gives honest opinions and is very thorough and responsive. In addition to the house search, he was also able to network and introduce me to all the other lender/attorney/inspector players that made my purchase happen quickly. I would recommend him and his team to anyone buying a house. A+++ service!!!!Chris rocks!!! The end.Rachelle Bilski, Worth IL

Review Great realtor! We bought a short sale and he was very knowledgeable and responsive while we waited for the bank response. He even took us to see the house a couple of times so we could take measurements and pictures. Just the consummate professional throughout the process. I highly recommend!

Review My wife and I had Chris show us several houses in Naperville over at least a twelve month period a few years ago. It turned out we could not afford the increased property taxes on the many houses we were showed. He was always available when we needed his services. He's very knowledgeable about his profession and was a pleasure to work with. He's just a very nice person and we still keep in touch with him.

Review My home was a unique property but Chris was confident he would be able to find the buyer. He went above and beyond when questions were raised about zoning and easements. He stuck with me, the banks, the buyers as well as the appraiser, the Will County Zoning Department and title company doing his own research and comparables. His confidence, knowledge and positive attitude were just what I needed. I would highly recommend Chris.

Review I highly recommend Chris Caputo. He is honest, knowledgable, and prompt. I saw many of houses with many brokers. Chris was the only one that was able to find the perfect house for me and my family. He knew how to make the deal and how to get a fast closing. Everything he said went along with what he was able to do.

Review Chris was a fantastic resource in our search for our new home. Being first time home buyers we were concerned with many aspects of the process. Chris demonstrated his expert knowledge of the selling process along every step and truly guided us through the process. In addition Chris was very accommodating and extremely responsive to ALL of our inquiries. In addition to Chris himself, his office support staff also did a stellar job in support of our purchase. I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Review This agent receives 4 stars from my family and I because for the past 8 years we have been buying and selling real estate in the Will County Area. I found Chris on the Web and from that day on he has been a very important part of my business. He knows how to get things done and successfully sold our home in two weeks! He also has helped other family memebers buy their homes as well. He spends the time and he really cares about you and your real estate needs.

Review Chris Caputo became our realtor after we did not have success finding a home with another realtor. He was very patient showing us homes that we were interested in buying (and he had to show us a lot of homes!). He took great care in offering advice that benefited us as home buyers and sellers. He made sure we were protected in both the sale and purchase of our homes. He helped build our confidence in listing our home and was very thorough in the listing, which helped it sell the first day it was on the market. He is very clever at marketing and pricing! He still keeps in contact with us years later. He is very knowledgeable in his field and we recommend him to friends and family all the time. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with Chris Caputo as our agent and we will using him the next time we sell and buy a home.

Review I had a great experience working with Chris. He knows what he is doing and really stays on top of things. His response times were almost immediate whenever I had a question no matter what time of day it was. He worked around my schedule so I didn't have to alter my work schedule or anything. I got exactly what I was looking for plus more. He fought to get me the best deal and wouldn't settle for anything less. I had bought a foreclosure and it was amazing to see Chris fight really hard to get the seller to fix extra things that they shouldn't have. Chris was very persistent with the seller, my loan officer, etc. to get things done as quickly as possible.Chris is very knowledgeable in his work and is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anybody.
