We have dealt with many realtors over the years, some good, some terrible (think used car salesman) and one top of the list. With our latest purchase, John has moved to the very top of our list--suppose that means we now have two "go to" realtors, both located in the Western North Carolina areas. We have a tendency to be very skeptical people (based on those "terrible" realtor experiences), however, from the very first meeting we felt a connection to John. The first day, John showed us a total of 5 homes. With each showing, John's objectiveness, ideas and suggestions for changes to address our "want" list (his background includes both formal education and experience in engineering and building), no pressure (he provided the facts and let us make up our own minds), etc. impressed us. We are familiar with the general area, but had no recent (the last 30+ years) knowledge of the commercial and consumer development and amenities for the surrounding areas. John is a long-time resident of Western North Carolina and supplied us with more than expected information, websites, history, etc. In short, we highly recommend John Henderson!
