ZillowVERIFIEDFrom start to finish, Shane went above and beyond to make selling our home not just successful but truly stress-free. Thanks to his expertise, market knowledge, and incredible work ethic, we sold our house for over asking price! He didnt just list our home and waitaEUR"he rolled up his sleeves and actually did work on the house to ensure it showed at its absolute best. Whether it was coordinating repairs, handling last-minute details, or offering hands-on help, he made sure that both the buyers and us as sellers were happy. His commitment and personal investment in our sale made all the difference. Throughout the process, he was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and keep everything on track. His negotiation skills are top-notch, and his passion for real estate is evident in every interaction. If you're looking for someone who truly cares, works tirelessly, and gets real results, Shane is the realtor you need!

ZillowVERIFIED Shane was referred to me by Zillow. I am starting to search for homes to buy in NC and I live in NY so I needed a local agent. I found a house on Zillow that I wanted to look at and fortunately Zillow provided me info for C Shane Cooke & Assoc. I really got lucky! Shane was exactly the kind of realtor I was looking for. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable of the area I am looking to move to. I look forward to working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I found Parker when he responded to an inquiry we posted through Zillow regarding a lake property. The response was received the first day we posted the inquiry. I met Parker and decided though that property was not for us, we wanted him to be the agent we worked with in our search for the right lake house. From start to finish he was extremely responsive, highly professional and we felt, went above and beyond the requirements of his "job." As a result, he found us the right property and put us in touch with the primary people we needed to get started to begin the process of designing and building a custom lake home. Not only were we blessed to work with Parker, but the staff in his office that we encountered throughout were just as courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Parker and the team at C. Shane and Cook Associates to anyone wishing to buy or sell in their locale. A true pleasure and one we will certainly remember and always be grateful for.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the agent you want! Shane was my buyer's agent during my search for lake front property. My wife and I lived about two hours away, so we had to rely heavily on Shane for details about the various communities around the nearby lakes as well as the nearby towns. We initially had a much wider search area, but after talking to him a few times he had some helpful hints about places to check out during our occasional trips to the area. Anyway, it wasn't long before he zeroed on the type of property we were looking for. Being so far away, he was very accommodating to our schedule and I was surprised how many listing he showed us in our limited time in the area. When the perfect listing did pop up, he somehow knew it was exactly what we wanted. He contacted me immediately and moved around his schedule so we could look at it ASAP. He helped us put together an offer, gave sound advice during negotiations and within a week we were under contract at a price below the appraisal!

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent realtors. Shane and Allen went the extra mile every step of the way to help my family and I find and obtain the right place to live. They drove us to and showed us around more than a dozen different properties that we were interested in with no sign of impatience with our slow decision making. Allen even drove to and showed me around a home I was interested in via FaceTime when I couldn't be in town to see it. Lots of realtors will say that there goal is simply for you to be happy in your new home. I believe these guys really mean it.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Shane Cook. He was an excellent realtor. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about our local market. This house had previously been on the market twice and had not sold. Shane guided us through this process, and when we followed his advice the house sold relatively quickly.

ZillowVERIFIED We will only use Shane Cook to buy and sell real estate in our area. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He advised us about getting a Structural Engineer to evaluate our home before we bought it because it had been sitting a while; he also advised us to get the home radon tested--something we had not thought of. When the radon test came back with an iffy reading, he paid to have it retested as a gift to us. He helped us get full price for the house we were selling, but helped us negotiate on the price of the home we were buying. In addition to getting a GREAT deal on our home, we were able to have a home warranty the first year to account for any problems that might have incurred based on it sitting for three years before we purchased it. He was a true advocate for us from start to finish, and since then he has helped my mom and mother-in-law buy homes in our area.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He showed us multiple homes per day and was able to work around my work schedule. Once we found a home we liked, he put in the offer that night and we had a final price locked in by the end of the next day! He was able to save a bunch of money and set us up with a great home inspector and made sure we knew everything that was going on throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

ZillowVERIFIED Shane is the hardest working realtor I've used. He is very knowledgeable and Shane will make sure his clients are taken care of before and after the sale of your home. If you're looking to purchase a home, Shane will work hard to help you find the home you will be happy to show to your family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED With Shane's insight, he help me price my home and negotiate for the best selling price possible! I would not have been able to orchestrate this sell without Shane's help every step of the way! He will look at every aspect of the property to determine the mindset and buying potential from various clients when determining the price and what is needed to spruce up the home with the least additional investment.
