We couldnt recommend Chris highly enough! We were living in Connecticut while searching for a home in Sarasota, and he made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. From the beginning, he was easy to talk to, extremely professional, and had great communication. We told him exactly what we were looking for, and he listened. He sent us daily email updates with homes he thought fit our needs and was always available when we needed him. Even though we were out of state, we never felt like we were at a disadvantage or out of the loop. We told him we wanted him to be aggressive because we were hoping to find a house within three months. He completely exceeded our expectations and found us the right home in just three weeks! He was incredibly accommodating to our schedule, always on time, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. He also made the paperwork and process of obtaining a lawyer feel effortless, which made buying a home from another state so much easier than we ever expected. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. If youre looking for a realtor who listens, communicates, works hard, and gets results, we highly recommend Chris. We are so grateful for everything he did to help us find the perfect Sarasota home for our growing family!

We relied on him heavily, and he went above and beyond in every way aEUR" from communication and virtual walkthroughs to handling every detail with professionalism and care. He was always available, incredibly responsive, and truly had our best interests at heart during the negotiation and closing process. We are so grateful for everything he did and could not recommend him more highly!

Chris made the whole process from start to finish smooth and professional! I highly recommend Chris! His skills as an agent go above and beyond! From the beginning, Chris was hands on providing me with advice, staging, and ultimately the listing. He made a difficult time after my fathers passing much more bearable and his whole approach made all the difference to me and my family.
