ZillowVERIFIED Tonna is an above and beyond agent. I told her where I was looking to buy and what price range, but she dived deeper into what was important to me in a home and community. She found a home that checked boxes I didn't even think about at the time and wasn't an area I was even aware of, that was so perfect I made an offer right away. The more I learn about my new community the more perfect it is, and I am everyday delighted by my new home. She was present every step of the way, meeting my inspector, property manager, and walking me through each step to make sure I got the home at the best deal possible. She found a better mortgage than the one I had previously pre-qualified for, and has continued to be in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. She is at the top of her field, a premier agent for sure (I say this as a former agent myself), and I'm lucky to have found her!

ZillowVERIFIED She does a disservice to the buyers she represents. We recently sold our home in Riverview, FL to her clients and it was a horrible experience! Tonna attempted commission modification outside of a signed purchase agreement, paired with a threat to interfere with the transaction if we didnt comply. She attempted to extort us by threatening to aEURoedrag out the dealaEUR? if we didnt give her an additional 0.5% commission. According to state laws, that is a breach of fiduciary duty/bad faith. Real estate commissions must be agreed upon in writing before the transaction. Demanding more after the contract is signed can violate state real estate, licensing laws and professional conduct rules. In addition to that, she threatened to sue us if we didnt allow her non-veteran client to assume our veteran loan. This realtor is the WORST realtor we have ever dealt with and I would highly recommend avoiding her at all costs.
