We are officially Homeowners!!! I really have to give all the kudos to Ariel! This being our first time buying we had little knowledge about how the process would go. In fact, before selecting Ariel as our realtor to assist us, my husband and I honestly thought we couldn't close because we didn't have enough for closing costs. In came Ariel the magician! He helped rework our sale and sales price in a way that the seller would net their price and we could close!! That was just the beginning. He held our hand throughout the entire sale, answering all our questions and was ahead of the eight ball giving us insight to what to expect. I really got a kick out of seeing the way fought hard with his negotiations and made sure every bit of our BCCs was accounted for in our favor. He's like a pitbull that doesn't back down. My husband and I were referred to Ariel Perez by our friends who had a simultaneous transaction. He seamlessly closed their transaction yielding a great price on the home they sold and negotiating a great price for them on their new home in a great established neighborhood. We wanted to do the same type of transaction and having been in the mortgage business myself I know how challenging those type of transactions can be especially in two different areas. We ended up calling Ariel Perez and were so glad that we did, he was able to do exactly for us what he did for them and was on the ball two steps ahead of the other broker, the loan officer and escrow who were all very good too. I was incredibly impressed by his efficiency and professionalism and excellent communication throughout the process.
