In fact, before selecting Ariel as our realtor to assist us, my husband and I honestly thought we couldn't close because we didn't have enough for closing costs. In came Ariel the magician! Since there was no urgency we spent about 8 months looking at potential properties. After the offer was accepted Ariel made the process effortless and smooth. He was super friendly and approachable while also making it clear that he was here for business and ready to work for us. He is bilingual, so that wad suoer important when selling our house in Santa Ana. He basically tooj carw of evwrything for us when we were selling. We found that we had termites, so he took liberty in arranging an affordable and reliable team (they were great) to take care of it. His openbhouse was beautiful, and again, we didnt di anything besides get out. And then we recieved an offer right away. He lit uo during the negotiating process and clearly enjoyed getting us an amazing deal. He set up everything with escrow and made the process super easy. He is also super knowledgeable about the area; we bought our new home in Lake Forest, but he took us all over Orange County. There wasn't a neighborhood he didn't know, and he was great at giving us prior knowledge about certain neighborhoods he thought weren't worth our time. That being said, he was never pushy or overly persuasive when doing so. I was also very impressed with his ability to look at a house during a visit and give honest input on whether or not it would be a good purchase. He knows what to look for and is verbal about his weariness of possible future problems. He shared these thoughts only after asking us if we want to hear them. Once we found the house of our dreams, he again was determined to get us the best deal possible, and he worked tirelessly in doing so. I'll never forget the day we walked into our new home. He had a bottle of champagne and a very thoughtful gift for us to help celebrate our new lives in our new home.
