Caitlin was a rock star all around during our home buying process. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the Denver area and was incredibly patient with us while staying very communicative. Navigating this challenging market is no small feat, but her patience and guidance eventually led to us closing on our favorite house we had seen (and there were about 70)! Caitlin was always patient with us but gave her honest feedback about what offers would win in this current situation. She knows a ton and answered all of our questions. She's super down-to-earth, honest, and will never pressure you! She wanted to know exactly what we liked and didn't like after viewing each home to better understand what we were looking for. She had great recommendations for everything (loan officer, home inspector). Even though we have closed, she still responds when I ask her for recommendations for electricians, etc!
