ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin was incredible on our journey to Colorado home ownership! Caitlin was professional, organized, very well-versed in her craft all while being the most responsive realtor I could imagine. She worked hand in hand with our lender and kept things simple for us. Her real estate IQ and timeliness is what secured our new residence and we couldn't be more thankful.

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin was a rock star all around during our home buying process. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the Denver area and was incredibly patient with us while staying very communicative. Navigating this challenging market is no small feat, but her patience and guidance eventually led to us closing on our favorite house we had seen (and there were about 70)! Caitlin was always patient with us but gave her honest feedback about what offers would win in this current situation. There was never a moment during the process where she didn't go above and beyond. Her proactive line of communication with selling agents was crucial for us. Would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Caitlin was amazing. She was everything we were looking for in a realtor. This was our first time buying a home and Caitlin was instrumental. She knows a ton and answered all of our questions. She's super down-to-earth, honest, and will never pressure you! She wanted to know exactly what we liked and didn't like after viewing each home to better understand what we were looking for. After we had put in our first offer, she was on top of every detail during the process and kept us informed every step along the way. She had great recommendations for everything (loan officer, home inspector). Even though we have closed, she still responds when I ask her for recommendations for electricians, etc! I highly recommend Caitlin and would definitely use her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Can't express enough positive comments concerning our home buying experience with Caitlin. We were first time buyers and had a tremendous number of questions as we started looking for our home in the Denver area. Caitlin took the time to address all of our concerns at every stage of the process. We toured nearly 20 homes until we found our ideal location. Throughout, Catilin was communicative and helpful. Our closing conditions were more complicated than expected but Caitlin expertly negotiated on our behalf. All around was wonderful to work with Caitlin and without question would recommend her as an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin is wonderful to work with, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She was so thoughtful during the entire process. She worked through us switching lenders halfway through, changing the names of who is on title, and showing us countless properties and being very honest on condition and vibes she felt through them. She put up with me texting her at ridiculous hours and was always willing to chat or talk something through to make sure it made sense. She is great with follow-up and keeping everyone on track. Thank you, Caitlin!

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin is amazing. Buying and selling a home at the same time is stressful. In working with Caitlin though, it was less of a headache and more of an informative and exciting undertaking. This was the 2nd time that we worked with her to buy a home and we wouldn't have wanted to go through this process with anyone else. She is easy to work with, very responsive and truly helps you understand every little piece of the process. She makes the process fun! Would definitely recommend working with her on your next sale/ purchase. You will not regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin helped my fiance and I sell our townhome and buy a new home. In this insane Denver market, Caitlin helped us find our dream home and get it below asking and significantly under appraised value. Caitlin was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the process very easy. We could not have asked for a better agent!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had the pleasure of both buying and selling a home in the Denver area with Caitlin at BSW. We have never worked with a realtor that is more responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and driven. Caitlin will not only work tirelessly to find or sell your home, but she will also remain an invaluable resource. We love knowing that we always have Caitlin to consult with if we ever have a real estate question or issue. Buying or selling property is always stressful, but we were confident that Caitlin would handle any obstacle. In addition to Caitlins expertise, her colleagues at BSW are absolutely top notch. If you choose to work with Caitlin, you are truly gaining a team of the most knowledgeable people in real estate in the Denver area. We couldnt be happier with Caitlin, and we always joke that shes spoiled us for all of our future realtors, as weve since moved out of state. If youre feeling overwhelmed by the Denver market (who isnt?), do not hesitate to work it Caitlin at BSW. You will not regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin Scolari was just the best realtor we could have asked for!! Not only is she super friendly, she is very informative and knows what she is doing. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Caitlin walked us through each step during our initial meeting, then as we approached each step in real time, she was right there letting us know what to expect and how to handle it. With every house we visited, she carefully walked us through pointing out all the house features and letting us know what would need to be fixed and most times how to fix it or who to call. We felt very informed during the entire process. Speaking of process, she not only wrote 11 offers for us in this crazy Denver market, she stayed positive and resilient through each one. Even our lender commented on how creative and impressive our offers were as Caitlin tried to get us in the best possible position every time. From start to finish (and even post close) Caitlin has been there to answer any questions, and provide helpful tips and service providers. I would recommend Caitlin to all of my friends and family, knowing they would be in excellent hands!

ZillowVERIFIED We just bought our first home with Caitlin's help and can't say enough what a pleasure it was to work with her! She demystified the process and was communicative at every stage. We were looking at a large swath of Front Range locations and really appreciated Caitlin's knowledge of neighborhoods and build styles - we learned a lot through the showing process! We are thrilled with our new house and so grateful we had Caitlin in our corner.

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin was truly instrumental in our purchase of our first home! It made a huge difference to have someone give us an honest opinion on an ever changing market. She was very thoughtful of each property and helped us narrow down just what we were looking for, at a price we could afford. She is so knowledgeable about our search area (which wasn't small!), and we never felt pressured to purchase or increase our budget.
