Libby is one of the most energetic people I know. She loves her job & it shows. My property was very unique in that the house was built in the 40's. The upstairs loft was a newer addition. Libby has a contractors license which was extremely helpful. She has a great knowledge of real estate laws. Her husband Jack is a local builder. He was able to point out issues that needed to be addressed and find solutions. In a timely manner! Libby is very professional yet treats you like a friend. I couldn't have made my cross country move without her enduring help. I wish I could give her 10 stars because she absolutely deserves it.
